Character

Shiori Novella is “The Archiver,” a character driven by love of knowledge. According to her official profile, she saves favorite stories and cherished memories as bookmarks. After she was caught with forbidden knowledge she found inside one of her stories, she was imprisoned; she treated the experience as another story worth telling, and later planned and carried out a prison break so that she could keep collecting stories. Her official channel description calls her an “Aloof Archiver of hololive English -Advent- at your service.”

That prison-break story links her to the rest of hololive English -Advent-, announced by COVER Corporation on July 26, 2023 as the third hololive English group. The unit’s five members are Shiori Novella, Koseki Bijou, Nerissa Ravencroft, Fuwawa Abyssgard and Mococo Abyssgard, presented as criminals who escaped from “The Cell,” a prison deep underground, to rebel against the world and their destinies. Her fellow member Nerissa Ravencroft also has a page on this site.

What the content looks like

The videos her official profile links give a good picture of the range. They include an audio story, situational voice packs, a voice pack with ASMR, a keyboard ASMR recital tagged #ASMRecital, motion-comic and animation episodes (including an Advent story epilogue and a motion comic labeled Episode 5), music videos, and concert previews and digests. Her channel description also lists singing covers and game commentary among its keywords.

The pattern fits the concept: storytelling is the common thread, whether it is told through voice, a quiet ASMR recital on a keyboard, or an animated episode. This page does not describe her regular streaming schedule, because the profile mostly lists produced videos rather than live broadcasts. Check her channel for current streams.

  • July 2023: debut with hololive English -Advent- (individual debut July 30 JST).

Music and live performance

At hololive English 4th Concert -Serendipity-, held on July 3 and 4, 2026 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, she was on the official lineup of fifteen hololive English members. The show was built around seven special units. In the unit interview published on June 10, 2026, Shiori was paired with Mori Calliope. The interview does not name their song, but Calliope describes it as vocally demanding, with a solo meant to surprise fans. Shiori said she enjoys hearing the voices blend in rehearsal, expects to be nervous about making mistakes, and described sore muscles and sweat from learning dance positions. The unit called it their most challenging show so far.

2026 activity

Where to start

A good first step is the music video above or the concert preview clips on her profile. If you prefer story-driven content, try the audio story and motion-comic episodes. Fans of tabletop role-playing can look ahead to Shattered Legends, which will carry Japanese subtitles and run on several YouTube channels as well as Beacon.

Buying her goods from abroad

The official shop says international delivery is limited to listed countries and regions and points to a separate page. In areas without international delivery, customers can buy through the third-party store GeekJack, which has a Shiori Novella collection. The shop also notes that some voice lines may differ in intonation or pronunciation from her main streaming language.
