Gigi Murin is a hololive English talent from the third-generation unit hololive English -Justice-, which debuted in June 2024. Her official profile describes her as a free-spirited “Chaser” and self-styled gremlin, and in 2026 she has stepped into a wider international role as one of the four hololive Meet ambassadors and a cast member of the Critical Role collaboration “Shattered Legends.”

Character

The official profile frames Gigi as a Chaser raised under the flag of Freedom. She is described as good at tracking targets by instinct but poor at directions and calculated decisions, and as someone who causes trouble for those around her because she believes her pranks will be funny. Within the -Justice- setting, the group’s stated mission is “to bring justice to the world.” The four members are presented as rowdy troublemakers working on the fringes of a strict organization, investigating a recent prison break from a place called The Cell while seeming to have loose connections to the escapees. Their base is The Lookout, and they use a telescope-like device called the Panscope to monitor remote locations.

Debut and the hololive English -Justice- unit

COVER Corporation announced hololive English -Justice- as the fourth hololive English group on June 19, 2024. The debuts were staggered over two days. Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame went first, and Gigi followed 45 minutes later at 8:45 PM PDT on June 21, which was 12:45 PM JST on June 22. Cecilia Immergreen and Raora Panthera debuted the next day, followed by a collaboration stream with further announcements. The announcement credits Makihitsuji (listed in Japanese on that page) with Gigi’s character design; the official profile gives the same artist and links the artist’s X account.

What the content looks like

Gigi’s profile page does not assign her a single genre label, but the videos it lists show the range of her activity. They include cover and original music videos, a keyboard ASMR recital, an off-collab video, motion-comic episodes tied to the “AdVSJus” project, concert previews, and a steady stream of official voice packs such as “Feel Your Heart Pounding” and “embrace the silly.” Hashtags that appear in her video titles include #holoJustice, #hololiveEN, #ENreco and #ASMRecital. In a June 2026 interview, she joked that she is the kind of streamer who chats at length before starting a game, which matches the talk-first style fans often associate with English-speaking hololive streams, though that is our reading rather than an official genre claim.

Milestones and music

  • June 2024: debut with hololive English -Justice-.
  • Concerts: her profile lists free previews of the 4th Concert (Day 1 and Day 2), a Blu-ray digest for the 3rd Concert, and a 2nd Anniversary Live video.
  • Music videos: the profile lists “Serendipity,” “SUPERNOVA SUPER GIRL” and a cover of “Guren no Yumiya.”
  • Official voice goods: the hololive production shop has sold a “Starting Voice” pack for Gigi at 1,000 yen per version; both language versions show as sold out. It contains five short voices including a self-introduction, good morning and good night voices, and a notification voice, in .wav format.

For the 4th concert, titled “Serendipity,” the official site published an interview with Gigi and her unit partner Cecilia on June 11, 2026. They describe their pairing, which Gigi calls “CCGG,” as high-energy and chaotic. Gigi says she enjoys watching choreography and vocal choices evolve during rehearsals, and Cecilia says she values Gigi’s composure and reliability. Both declined to share spoilers and asked fans to be as loud as possible.

2026 activity

On April 27, 2026, COVER Corporation announced the hololive Meet 2026 ambassadors as the event series marked its fifth year of activities. Gigi represents hololive English alongside Tsunomaki Watame, Airani Iofifteen and Rindo Chihaya. Ambassadors promote ongoing and upcoming hololive Meet projects and meet fans around the world.

That role connects to two November projects. First, hololive Meet is coming to DreamHack Stockholm on November 27–29, 2026, its first appearance in Sweden and COVER’s first event in the Nordic region. The booth will carry video messages from the four 2026 ambassadors, including Gigi, though she is not on the official list of talents for the ticketed meet-and-greet sessions, which names other hololive and HOLOSTARS English members. See our DreamHack Stockholm guide for the schedule.

Second, on October 13, 2026, COVER and Critical Role announced “Shattered Legends,” a Daggerheart actual play. Matthew Mercer is the game master, and the cast includes Marisha Ray as Florence, Nerissa Ravencroft as Siliun “Sil” Faell, Mori Calliope as Kaz Oogod, Shiori Novella as Marchen “March” Rosemyne, and Gigi Murin as Giryn. The series premieres in mid-November on Critical Role’s YouTube channel, Nerissa’s channel, the hololive English channel and Beacon, with Japanese subtitles on YouTube.

Collaborations and related talents

Within her unit, Gigi works most often with Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Cecilia Immergreen and Raora Panthera. For Shattered Legends, her fellow cast members from hololive include Nerissa Ravencroft, Mori Calliope and Shiori Novella.
