Brave group
Brave group Inc. (株式会社Brave group) is a Tokyo-based company that describes its main business as producing and operating intellectual property built around VTubers. It is not a single talent agency in the way hololive production or NIJISANJI are; it is closer to a holding structure that owns or runs several separate VTuber projects, a merchandise and fan-engagement arm and a technology studio, with offices and subsidiaries in the United States, South Korea, Thailand and China. This page summarizes how the group is organized, using its own corporate pages, and what overseas readers should watch.

History and structure
The company was founded in 2017 and grew by building VTuber projects and then absorbing others. In September 2024 it launched an investment initiative called Brave global capital, which it described as a way to build an IP ecosystem through mergers, capital and business alliances. The first large result was the merger with Neo-Porte, effective February 1, 2025 and announced on February 19, 2025. Neo-Porte, launched in October 2021 by the VTuber Shibuya HAL, the pro gaming team Crazy Raccoon and the artists Mafumafu and Soraru, had 21 members across generations 0 to 6 at the time and kept its existing management structure. A second merger followed: on July 16, 2025, Brave group announced a full business integration with StelLive, a Korean VTuber agency founded in April 2023, together with the creation of Brave group Korea. StelLive then managed nine talents, according to the announcement. The most recent funding news we found is a Series E round announced April 22, 2026, of more than 8 billion yen raised from 16 investors plus loans from three banks. The largest shareholder is named as REALITY, Inc., a GREE group company, and the stated uses include overseas localization and marketing, new initiatives around existing IP, studio and XR technology, and further M&A.
The corporate page lists ten domestic group companies (Virtual Entertainment, LaRa, Neo-Porte, RIOT MUSIC, ENILIS, Smarprise, Game & Co., D1-Lab, Brave pictures and Geek Hive) and five international ones (StelLive, Brave group US, Brave group APAC in Thailand, Brave group China and Brave group Korea).
VTuber projects
According to the company’s business page, the IP Production segment includes:
- VSPO! and VSPO! EN, run by Virtual Entertainment Inc.: a virtual esports project for gaming-focused members and its English-language arm. See our VSPO! agency page.
- HIMEHINA, run by LaRa Inc.: a studio led by Hime Tanaka and Hina Suzuki, covering music, live concerts, gaming and variety content. Their planned Nippon Budokan show is covered in our HIMEHINA Budokan report.
- Neo-Porte: see our Neo-Porte agency page.
- StelLive: the Korean VTuber production active in music, game streaming and fan engagement.
- Mugensho Record (RIOT MUSIC): a VSinger label.
- MUGEN LIVE (Brave group China): a multilingual VTuber project.
- V4Mirai (Brave group US): an English-speaking VTuber project.
- YUMENOS: an all-male VTuber project with a manga serialization.
- Uniraid! and the ENILIS VLiver Project (labels brossom, SYNTHE and LELOMO), both run by ENILIS Inc.
- AStars production: a Southeast Asian VTuber agency run from Thailand.
Platforms and technology
Outside VTuber management, the IP Platform segment covers merchandise and fan services. The company lists colleize, a store for official and licensed goods, SURPRISE BOX, a subscription goods service it calls the largest of its kind in Japan, the trading card game Xross Stars, the 1-on-1 fan communication service FAVii Meet and AdHoc, a platform supporting VRChat-based activities. The IP Solution segment includes XR development, system engineering, 3DCG and animation production, corporate virtual IP development, the Brave Engine metaverse platform and the BEverse content label.
Overseas activity
Overseas expansion is the company’s stated priority. Brave group US Inc., established in March 2023 with an address in San Francisco, runs the English-speaking project V4Mirai and the Brave group US Official Store, which sells official products from V4Mirai, VSPO! EN and other properties. StelLive provides a Korean base, MUGEN LIVE a Chinese one and AStars production a Thai one. For fans outside Japan, the practical entry points are VSPO! EN, V4Mirai and the US store rather than the Japanese-only projects.
