Noripro (のりプロ)
At a glance
- Noripro (のりプロ) is a Japanese VTuber agency founded in 2019 by the manga artist Tsukudani Norio, who also performs as the VTuber Inuyama Tamaki.
- Management change: in a stream on September 6, 2026 the agency announced that it had moved from founder-led management to an organizational structure that began in January 2026. Norio stepped down as president and is now founder and Creative Advisor, according to MoguLive and KAI-YOU.
- Roster: the official site lists 16 talents plus one more name in its footer menu; at least two of the 16 have since announced departures (see below).
- Recruiting: the official site says it is not currently recruiting performers or staff, although a second audition has been announced with no date.
- Language: the site and contact form are in Japanese; the only English is the tagline “Creator First, Creative Next.”
What Noripro is
Noripro describes itself as a creator-focused VTuber agency. According to its official site, besides its talents’ streaming activity it runs events, sells goods and produces music. MoguLive adds that the agency was founded in 2019, was self-funded with no outside investment or loans, and is in its seventh year. For readers new to the term, a VTuber agency signs virtual performers who stream under an avatar and handles management, production and merchandise; Noripro sits among the mid-sized agencies in that landscape.
The founder, Tsukudani Norio, is a manga artist known for works such as Himegoto. She also performs as Inuyama Tamaki, a character she created in 2017 that debuted in 2018 and passed one million YouTube subscribers in 2024, according to KAI-YOU. You can read about the character on our Inuyama Tamaki talent page.
The 2026 management change
The most important recent development is organizational. KAI-YOU reported on September 7, 2026 that Noripro was moving from individual management by its founder and a few staff to organized operations. The announcement was made in Norio’s livestream on September 6. The new structure launched in January 2026, with specialized staff for talent management, sales, goods, the official channel and 3D models, and Norio supported the transition for about six months. KAI-YOU quotes her stated reason as concern about what would happen to the talents and the agency if she collapsed from overwork, and says preparation took about three years.
MoguLive reports further detail: an operations head oversees department leads for each area, and each talent has a dedicated manager. Since the change, it says, Noripro has launched an official channel, held real-world events and increased how often it releases goods. Inuyama Tamaki will focus on VTuber activities with staff support, and the agency says her activities will not change. Both outlets say a second talent audition is planned, with schedule and application details still being arranged.
Roster and recent departures
The official talent section lists sixteen names: Inuyama Tamaki, Tsukudani Norio, Tamahime, Kumagaya Takuma, Inari Iroha, Reglush Lionheart, Seto Kazuya, Saiki Komari, Kyoyu Shiroya, Yukinose Kumochi, Azana Piroparu, Washu Asuka, Meikai Rabuka, 透々ルチカ, 笙島ことり and Kurage Tomi. The footer menu also lists Mikami Renge, who does not appear in the main talent section. Kyoyu Shiroya has a page on this site: see Kyoyu Shiroya.
Be aware that the roster page may lag behind announcements. MoguLive reported on October 13, 2026 that Noripro announced the departures of two talents on October 9: 笙島ことり, effective that day after a hiatus announced in November 2025, and 透々ルチカ, with a graduation date of October 31, 2026. The agency asked the public not to contact its talents about the departures. We have not re-counted the roster after those changes.
What to watch next
Three things are worth following: the date and format of the second audition, whether the new official channel changes how the agency announces projects, and how the roster looks after the October departures. Because Noripro’s site has no news section, announcements arrive mainly through its X accounts and its talents’ streams, which makes the schedule site linked from the homepage a useful reference.
