Who Inuyama Tamaki is

Inuyama Tamaki streams on YouTube under the channel name “Tamaki Ch. 犬山たまき / 佃煮のりお.” The channel’s own description introduces her as a VTuber with Noripro and says she works together with Tsukudani Norio, the manga artist who founded the agency, and that both Tamaki and Norio appear on the channel. The two are therefore best understood as a creator and the character she performs, and the channel is shared. English-language summaries sometimes simplify this, so we rely on the channel description and on KAI-YOU’s report that the character was created by Norio in 2017 and debuted in 2018.

Norio is known as a manga artist. English Wikipedia lists the four-panel manga Himegoto as her best-known work, adapted as a series of short anime in February 2014 according to the Anime News Network entry that Wikipedia cites. That background helps explain why Tamaki’s presentation is closely tied to themes in Norio’s own creative work, a connection Wikipedia also notes.

Channel, audience and style

When we opened the channel on October 29, 2026, YouTube displayed about 1.1 million subscribers. KAI-YOU, in its September 2026 report on Noripro, says she reached one million subscribers in 2024. We list the figure only as an approximate snapshot; subscriber counts change daily.

The channel’s recent uploads, which we looked at on the same day, lean toward music. They include an official video titled “わんFORωALL!!,” credited to Inuyama Tamaki, and a run of cover songs, among them covers of “HANAJI” and “超主人公” and a collaboration cover with the VTuber Kagura Mea. There is also a cover credited to a duo of Tamahime and another performer, and a cover titled “ブルーアンバー.” Titles show a mix of ballads, upbeat vocaloid-style songs and humorous pieces, though we have not reviewed their quality or listened to every upload. Tamahime is listed on the Noripro roster as a separate name; KAI-YOU describes Tamahime as a derivative character of Tamaki, a point we have not independently confirmed.

Noripro and the 2026 restructuring

Tamaki is Noripro’s best-known name, so the agency’s September 2026 announcement matters for her. In a stream on September 6, hosted on the Tamaki Ch. channel, Noripro said it had moved from founder-led management to an organizational structure that began in January 2026. MoguLive reports that Tamaki will now concentrate on VTuber activities with staff support and that the agency says her activities will not change. Norio is now the founder and Creative Advisor. How to follow and what to expect

Streams and videos are in Japanese, and we did not verify English subtitles or translated captions. The Noripro website links to a separate schedule site at schedule.noripro.jp, and the talents announce plans on X. The official contact form is Japanese-only and is intended for business inquiries and requests for talent work, not for fan mail; the channel description gives a separate postal address for letters and gifts, which we do not reproduce here.

Because the agency has just reorganized, expect more official-channel content and events than in the founder-run period, according to MoguLive, but we have not seen an announced schedule of those projects.
