Jurard T Rexford is one of the four bounty hunters of ARMIS, the English-language HOLOSTARS unit that debuted in November 2023. This profile collects what hololive production’s official pages say about his character, the ARMIS debut, music, 3D events and merchandise, together with the practical details English-speaking fans need, such as Pacific-to-Tokyo time conversions and how overseas ordering works. Anything the sources do not state, such as a subscriber count or an ARMIS anniversary date, is left out.

Character

The official profile describes Jurard as a prince with dinosaur genes who lives by a survival-of-the-fittest outlook. He shows flashes of ferocity when excited or angry and fights corruption beasts with twin pistols. He believes money and power can solve everything and is described as selfish and self-indulgent; his catchphrases are “get rich quick” and “jackpot!”, and his tagline is “You and you and you, you all lose!” The profile also says he is currently hyperfixated on chess, while noting that his fickle nature makes it uncertain how long that will last. His design is by the illustrator HABAN.

The ARMIS debut

On November 16, 2023, COVER Corporation announced the debut of HOLOSTARS English -ARMIS-, a group of four talents: Jurard T Rexford, Goldbullet, Octavio and Crimzon Ruze. In the setting, ARMIS are bounty hunters who stand apart from the six heroes of TEMPUS, the earlier HOLOSTARS English group, and aim to exterminate corruption beasts. Debut streams were spread over two days, each lasting roughly 30 minutes to an hour, followed on the second day by a group collaboration stream with further announcements.

Jurard’s slot was listed as 7:00 to 7:30 PM Pacific time on November 17, which is 12:00 to 12:30 PM on November 18 in Japan. That conversion shows how the HOLOSTARS English schedule often favors Western audiences: a noon start in Tokyo is a late-evening start in Los Angeles (UTC-8 in November) and an early-morning start in London (03:00 GMT). The other members were designed by Kadeart (Goldbullet, a sniper), Kazari Tayu (Octavio, a puppeteer) and P-POCO (Crimzon Ruze, a great-axe user).

Music

  • “BLOODHOUNDS” (ARMIS): on sale November 20, 2023, product number CVRD-352, ¥255 for streaming and download.
  • “Take’em down” (HOLOSTARS English -ARMIS-): on sale November 21, 2024, CVRD-506, ¥255.
  • “Take’em down” (Japanese ver.): on sale January 7, 2025, CVRD-523, ¥255.

The official music pages link to streaming services rather than listing credits, so we do not name composers or lyricists here. His profile also lists a 3D version of “BLOODHOUNDS”, a 3D cover of “SpecialZ” and a cover of “Snow Halation”.

3D showcase and concerts

The ARMIS 3D Showcase, announced on March 1, 2025, gave each member a solo 3D stream on YouTube at 8:00 PM PDT, which is 12:00 PM JST the following day. Jurard’s slot was “The Birth of a Star” on March 23 (PDT), March 24 in Japan, with the hashtag #Jurard3D. The showcase ended with a joint 3D collaboration, “FREAKSHOW”, on April 5 (PDT) on the HOLOSTARS English channel.

On September 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM JST, all ten HOLOSTARS English members, Jurard included, took part in the free online 3D concert “EVERGLOW: Light of Elysium” on the HOLOSTARS English YouTube channel. A further milestone is ahead: the HOLOSTARS English 1st Concert “First Light”, announced in a news post dated September 28, 2026, is planned as an online event for February 2027. Dates and ticket details had not been announced when we checked.

hololive Meet and DreamHack Stockholm 2026

Jurard and Octavio are the two HOLOSTARS English members named for the ticketed Meet & Greet sessions at hololive Meet’s first Swedish appearance, DreamHack Stockholm 2026 (November 27 to 29, Stockholmsmässan). The official announcement says tickets are sold through DreamHack Stockholm, that prices and schedules are still to be announced, and that the line-up may change at the last minute. Our event report covers the rest of the programme.

Merchandise and ordering from abroad

hololive production sells birthday and anniversary goods as made-to-order sets through its official shop. His 2025 birthday set, for example, cost ¥15,510 and combined four items (an acrylic diorama stand, a mug, a cap and a bracelet) with a voice pack and a signed postcard, with orders open from February 7 to March 10, 2025. His 2nd-anniversary set (¥8,360, orders November 28 to December 29, 2025) included a rubber mat, a perpetual calendar and a button badge. The 2026 birthday set took orders from February 7 to March 9, 2026 and shipped by mid-August 2026; the voice pack that came with it, “Should’ve Been Me”, is in English and Tagalog. All of these pages show sold-out status.

For overseas customers the shop notes are consistent: international delivery is limited to certain areas listed on the shop’s delivery page, and customers elsewhere can buy through GeekJack, which has English and Chinese storefronts. Mixed orders of in-stock and made-to-order items ship together with the latest item, paid orders cannot be cancelled, and holiday periods can cause delays.
