At a glance
- What: Hakos Baelz’s first solo concert, “REGALIA,” organized by COVER Corporation, on Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at Kanadevia Hall (MEETS PORT 1F) in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
- Times (JST): early-entry doors 16:45, general doors 17:35, stream opens 18:00, concert starts 18:30. That is 09:30 UTC, or about 04:30 in New York and 01:30 in Los Angeles on the same calendar day.
- Venue tickets: four tiers from ¥9,800 to ¥16,000 (tax included). Two lottery rounds have already closed; general sales on ZAIKO are listed to begin November 1 at 13:00 JST.
- Streaming: a ¥6,800 streaming ticket (plus a ¥220 handling fee) is on sale through January 8, 2027, with an archive available until 23:59 JST that day. COVER says the overseas ticket is sold on a separate English SPWN event page.
- Why it matters for overseas fans: the stream ticket is the realistic way to attend, and it is already on sale, so there is no lottery to win from abroad.
What COVER announced
COVER Corporation published the concert details on September 28, 2026. The concert is the first solo live for Hakos Baelz, a member of hololive English whose profile is on our Hakos Baelz talent page. The release names the show “Hakos Baelz 1st Concert ‘REGALIA’” and uses the hashtag #Baelz1stConcert. The event site, regalia.hololivepro.com, also describes her second album, Mirror Mirror, with a pre-release single titled “SNAKE EYES,” and lists Tokoyami Towa as a guest, an update the site dates to October 21, 2026.
The venue is Kanadevia Hall on the first floor of MEETS PORT, 1-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku. The release lists four nearby stations: JR Suidobashi (East Exit), Toei Mita Line Suidobashi (Exit A2), Tokyo Metro Korakuen (Exit 2) and Toei Oedo Line Kasuga (Exit A1).
Venue tickets and the lottery calendar
According to the COVER release, venue tickets come in four tiers, all tax included: standing with early entry at ¥16,000 (this tier includes a pre-show fan meeting), standing at ¥11,500, balcony reserved seating at ¥13,500 and balcony standing at ¥9,800. Every ticket includes a keychain, and the release notes that availability is subject to change.
Sales run through ZAIKO. The first advance lottery accepted applications from September 28 to October 4, and the second ran from October 14 to October 19; winners of the second round had until October 26 to confirm and pay. General sales are scheduled to start on November 1 at 1 p.m. JST. A ¥880 service fee applies per ticket, each person can buy at most two tickets, and the holder’s name is printed on the ticket. Because advance sales were lotteries, it is possible that few venue tickets remain after November 1, but the release does not say how many are left.

Streaming from outside Japan
The streaming ticket costs ¥6,800 including tax, with a ¥220 handling fee, and is sold through SPWN and Streaming+. Sales open from September 28 at 21:00 JST until January 8, 2027 at 20:00 JST. The archive becomes available after the concert has been processed and can be watched repeatedly until 23:59 JST on January 8, 2027; the release warns that access ends at that time even mid-viewing.
For overseas buyers, COVER points to a separate English SPWN event page (spwn.jp/events/evt_26120102-engbaelz1stlive). When we opened that page, it showed the event name and date but the ticket price, currency and sales period were not visible in the text we could read, so check the page itself before buying. The overseas merchandise store is at shop.hololivepro.com/en; the merchandise window listed in the release ran from September 28 to October 26, 2026 (JST), so confirm what is still on sale.

Background
This is a notable step for a hololive English member: a solo concert at a mid-size hall rather than a festival slot. The release is an official COVER announcement and is the basis for every figure above. Tickets, schedules and fees in these releases can change, so treat the event site and the ticket pages as the final word.
What we don’t know yet
- The overseas streaming price and currency, and whether the English SPWN page uses the same ¥6,800 price as the Japanese release, were not visible when we checked.
- The event site’s English page showed clock times that differ from the COVER release (doors 08:00, start 08:30). We have used the JST times from the release; check which time zone the event site displays.
- How many venue tickets remain for the November 1 general sale is not stated.
- The setlist and any additional guests beyond the one named on the event site have not been announced in the sources we read.
