The sixth collaboration between hololive production and the Tokyo Joypolis amusement facilities, “hololive x Joypolis SHINY PARTY,” is under way and runs through December 27, 2026. It features four members of the hololive unit holoX: Hakui Koyori, Takane Lui, Laplus Darkness and Kazama Iroha. According to the Joypolis event page, a closing “Bakuon” (loud-audio) private screening will be held at Tokyo Joypolis on December 26 and 27, and its presale application period opened on October 24 and closes on November 8.

At a glance

  • Event period: October 16 to December 27, 2026.
  • Venues: COCONO SUSUKINO (Sapporo), Amagasaki Cuesmall (Hyogo) and Tokyo Joypolis (Odaiba, Tokyo).
  • Closing screening: December 26 and 27, planned 20:30 to 21:30 JST, at Tokyo Joypolis; meeting time 20:00. That is 11:30 to 12:30 UTC.
  • Price: 3,000 yen (tax included) plus fees, including a silver-tape-style strap. Standing only.
  • Presale: October 24 at 17:00 to November 8 at 23:59 JST, via Lawson Ticket; results on November 13 at 15:00.
  • General sale: November 27 at 18:00, only if the presale does not sell out.

What was announced

The Bakuon screening shows the same footage as the daytime “Special Mini Live” at Tokyo Joypolis, but with loud audio and a holoX-hosted MC. Attendees also enter a lottery for life-size panels of the four members, and either date qualifies. Payment and paper-ticket issuing take place between November 13 and 23 at Lawson or Ministop Loppi terminals. The limit is two tickets per session. Admission to other attractions is not included, though goods, Dippin’ Dots ice cream and the carnival game can be used after the screening. The page adds that life-size panel delivery may take additional time.

The rest of the event

The Tokyo daytime programme includes the Special Mini Live: about 30 minutes and five songs on the giant first-floor screen, at 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00 (subject to change). It is free with Joypolis admission, which is 1,700 yen for adults 18 and over and 1,400 yen for junior and high school students. Recording is not allowed. Collaboration attractions include a half pipe ride synced to the members’ songs at 1,000 yen, a beauty interview attraction at 700 yen and a fortune attraction at 700 yen. There is also a carnival game at 500 yen per play, a themed cafe, and ice cream at 1,100 yen each with a mini acrylic badge.

The paid meet-and-greet, Holo x Match, costs 8,500 yen and gives one minute with one talent. Tokyo sessions are on November 21 (Koyori), November 28 (Laplus), December 12 (Iroha) and December 19 (Rui), sold via Lawson Ticket lottery; the Joypolis page says that if the presale sells out there is no general sale. Collaboration goods are sold at each venue, including acrylic stands at 2,000 yen and tapestries at 4,000 yen, and will be available online after the event through the Marui Anime Online Shop, with orders opening December 28 at 12:00.

Background

This is the sixth hololive collaboration with Tokyo Joypolis, according to the event page. The programme combines screenings, ticketed meet-and-greets, goods and food in one venue. Our guide to reading a Japanese event ticket page uses this same event as a worked example, and our guide to concerts from overseas covers streaming options.

What we don’t know yet

  • Whether overseas residents can enter the Lawson Ticket presale; the page does not say.
  • Whether any part of the event, including the closing screening, will be streamed or released as an archive.
  • The exact meaning of the loud-audio format; the page describes it only as the same footage with loud sound.
  • Final session times, which the page says are subject to change.

Details may change, so confirm the latest information on the official Joypolis event page before applying or traveling.
