hololive production’s official shop at Tokyo Station will reopen in a new space inside Tokyo Character Street on Friday, November 13, 2026. An announcement dated October 20 says the current shop closes on Sunday, November 8, and is shut for the move from November 9 to November 12. The reopening comes with an original merchandise line, “hololive Station Classical Vol.1”, and free gifts for shoppers who spend above set amounts while supplies last.

At a glance

  • Shop: hololive production official shop in Tokyo Station, at Tokyo Character Street
  • Address: B1F, Tokyo Station Ichibangai, 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
  • Last day at the current space: Sunday, November 8, 2026
  • Closed for relocation: Monday, November 9 to Thursday, November 12, with no in-store sales or pickups
  • Reopening: Friday, November 13, 2026, 10:00 to 20:30, matching Tokyo Character Street’s hours
  • New original line: “hololive Station Classical Vol.1”, illustrated by Yomosaka
  • Operation: run with the cooperation of Kiddy Land; the closing date of the new space has not been set

Background

Tokyo Character Street is a cluster of character-goods shops on the basement level of Tokyo Station’s Ichibangai shopping area, and the hololive shop is one of its tenants. The announcement says the shop is moving to a new section of the street rather than closing, and it names Kiddy Land as a cooperating partner. It does not say how the new space compares in size to the old one.

The new merchandise line

“hololive Station Classical Vol.1” is an original line with illustrations by Yomosaka. The design is a classic station-attendant uniform in a wine-red colour scheme, and it features 12 talents: Sakura Miko, Aki Rosenthal, Shirakami Fubuki, Nekomata Okayu, Shishiro Botan, Anya Melfissa, Kaela Kovalskia, Ouro Kronii, Koseki Bijou, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Otonose Kanade and Ichijou Ririka. The shop will also stock a selection of items from the hololive production OFFICIAL SHOP. The announcement does not list individual products or prices in the text we reviewed, so check the event page before you go.

Free gifts and in-store announcements

The announcement lists three purchase gifts, given while supplies last and distributed from November 13 until they run out. The random items cannot be chosen by design:

  • Every ¥2,200 (tax included) in one checkout: one random original sticker from 12 designs, up to 12 per checkout
  • Every ¥5,500 in one checkout: one random original acrylic keychain from 12 designs, up to 12 per checkout
  • ¥7,700 or more in one checkout: one original vinyl bag in a single design

The shop will also play original in-store announcements by talents. The announcement names 11 participants: Sakura Miko, Aki Rosenthal, Shirakami Fubuki, Nekomata Okayu, Shishiro Botan, Anya Melfissa, Kaela Kovalskia, Ouro Kronii, Koseki Bijou, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame and Ichijou Ririka. Otonose Kanade appears in the merchandise line but is not on the announcement list.

What this means for visitors from overseas

  • Plan around the closure. If your trip falls between November 9 and November 12, the shop cannot sell or hand over pickups at all.
  • Expect limits and sell-outs. The announcement says purchase limits may apply, that stock is described as sufficient but may run out, and that the shop will not answer stock inquiries about quantities or restock dates.
  • Some items may be sold later. The announcement notes that some goods may be sold after the event period ends, and that product photos may differ from the real items.
  • Payment and tax-free questions. We have not confirmed whether this shop offers tax-free service or which payment methods it takes. Japan’s tax-free system changes on November 1, and our guide to the new refund system explains the steps; ask staff before relying on it. What we don’t know yet

  • Prices and the full product list for “hololive Station Classical Vol.1”
  • The new space’s size, layout and whether it will have a queue system
  • How long the shop will stay open in the new space, since the closing date is not set
  • Whether the in-store announcements will change over time
