NIJISANJI EN has announced that four of its Livers will take part in Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2026 (AFASG26) in November. Sonny Brisko, Shu Yamino, Luca Kaneshiro and Ren Zotto will appear at the AFA NEXT Stage on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at 17:15 Singapore time, and they will perform remotely rather than on site. ANYCOLOR Inc., which operates the project, published the announcement on October 19, 2026.

What was announced

According to the ANYCOLOR release, the four Livers “will perform remotely” on the AFA NEXT Stage inside Halls 401–406. The company also warns that the performance may change depending on circumstances at the event, and that it will not be streamed. Fans who want to see it will need to be in the hall.

Alongside the stage appearance, NIJISANJI will run a booth at M10 for all three days of the festival. Visitors can receive special perk items while supplies last. The release states that the prizes are random, cannot be chosen, and cannot be transferred, auctioned or resold. Updates are promised through the project’s X account, @NIJISANJI_World, and the event site at animefestival.asia/afasg26.

Who is performing

All four Livers belong to NIJISANJI EN, the English-language branch that ANYCOLOR launched in May 2021 to reach overseas fans. Their official profile pages give the following details.

  • Luca Kaneshiro debuted on December 17, 2021 in the group Luxiem. His official concept is a short-tempered mafia boss from the past who loves a fight. ANYCOLOR announced on May 8, 2023 that his YouTube channel had passed one million subscribers, making him the third NIJISANJI EN Liver to do so. His official birthday is April 10.
  • Shu Yamino debuted in the same Luxiem debut as Luca. He is presented as a kind-hearted sorcerer from the past with mysterious abilities. His official birthday is May 2 and his fan name is Yaminions.
  • Sonny Brisko debuted on February 22, 2022 as a member of Noctyx, NIJISANJI EN’s fifth VTuber group. He is presented as a sharp-minded special police officer from the future. His official birthday is April 6 and his fan name is Briskadets.
  • Ren Zotto is introduced as a deadly alien prince from another world who has resolved to conquer Earth, and his official page describes him as a third-year student at ILUNA Institute of the Mystics. His official birthday is March 25 and his fan name is Renvaderz.

The video above is the official Luxiem debut single “Hope in the dark,” listed on NIJISANJI’s debut announcement for the group that includes Luca and Shu.

Context: NØVA and the festival

Media coverage of the festival lineup describes the four Livers as the NIJISANJI EN unit NØVA. Singaporean outlet Bandwagon lists “NØVA talk and vocal performances” on the AFA NEXT Stage on November 28, in the same programme block as Dave Rodgers and Pikotaro. Bandwagon’s article does not use the word VTuber, but it also names the virtual singers KAF and Isekaijoucho of KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO among the festival’s other acts.

AFASG26 is the 18th edition of the festival and coincides with the 60th anniversary of Singapore–Japan diplomatic relations, which the festival brands as SJ60. The main stages feature a Yuki Kajiura concert on November 27, a music festival on November 28 with Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and May’n, and a HoneyWorks vocal festival and a Hatsune Miku “VOCALOID NIGHT” on November 29, plus anime showcases and a creators hub of more than 100 independent artists.

Tickets and practical information

Super Early Bird sales for the festival opened on October 19, 2026 at 12:00 noon SGT. Bandwagon reports one-day exhibition tickets from S$19, a three-day exhibition and merchandise bundle at S$110, and a group bundle of four tickets at S$95. Prices exclude booking fees, concert tickets are sold separately, and some packages have already sold out. NIJISANJI’s own stage is free to watch once inside, but entry to the venue requires an AFA ticket.

For readers outside Singapore, a simple time conversion helps. The stage time of 17:15 on November 28 is 09:15 UTC, which is 18:15 in Japan, 10:15 in Central Europe, 09:15 in London, 04:15 in New York and 01:15 in Los Angeles.

Related merchandise: NØVA – Cosmic Stage

On September 24, 2026, ANYCOLOR announced a merchandise line called NØVA – Cosmic Stage featuring the same four Livers, with art by the illustrator NEEO. Sales opened on the NIJISANJI EN Official Store at 19:00 PDT on September 24, with shipping scheduled to begin in early October. Prices include tax: a random snapshot card is 350 yen, an acrylic keychain 1,400 yen, an acrylic stand 1,900 yen, an artboard 2,000 yen, a bag charm and a plush mascot 2,800 yen each, a pouch 3,000 yen and a tote bag 4,800 yen. The company says shipping dates may change and that it cannot respond to shipping inquiries. Overseas buyers are directed to nijisanji-store.com and buyers in Japan to shop.nijisanji.jp.

What we don’t know yet

  • What the “remote” performance will look like on stage, such as whether it will be a live broadcast to the screen or something else. The release does not say.
  • Whether any archive, recap or later stream will be offered. The release says the stage is not livestreamed and gives no information about archives.
  • The exact programme of the NØVA performance beyond the “talk and vocal” description from Bandwagon.
