NIJISANJI sells most of its goods and voice packs through two official online stores: one aimed at buyers in Japan and one aimed at overseas buyers. Recent announcements show how the two are used in practice, how sale windows are written in different time zones, and which rules apply to digital and physical items. This guide walks through those details using three official announcements from September and October 2026. For a general introduction to buying VTuber merchandise from outside Japan, see our overseas merchandise guide.
The short version
- Use the store link that the announcement gives for your region. Announcements list one link for overseas buyers (nijisanji-store.com) and another for Japan (shop.nijisanji.jp).
- Check the sale window in your own time zone. NIJISANJI EN announcements state times in PDT or PST, while Japanese announcements use JST.
- Digital items (voice packs, wallpapers) and physical goods are priced and shipped differently, and some physical items ship weeks after sale.
- Read the notes at the bottom of each announcement. They contain purchase limits, shipping caveats and warnings about resale.
Two stores, one release
When ANYCOLOR announced the NIJISANJI EN merchandise line NØVA – Cosmic Stage on September 24, 2026, it gave two purchase links: the NIJISANJI EN Official Store at nijisanji-store.com for overseas buyers and the Japanese store at shop.nijisanji.jp for buyers in Japan. The voice-pack release Secret Favor Voice, announced on October 6, 2026, followed the same pattern, with separate collection pages on each store.
The announcements do not describe shipping destinations, fees or customs handling for either store. They state only which link serves which audience, so check the store’s own shipping pages before ordering. Our guide does not guess at shipping rules.
Reading the sale window
Announcements for NIJISANJI EN items give times in Pacific time. For NØVA – Cosmic Stage, sales opened at 19:00 PDT on September 24, 2026. For Secret Favor Voice, sales ran from October 8, 2026 at 20:00 PDT until October 31, 2026 at 07:59 PDT. Converted to Japan time, the voice-pack window runs from 12:00 JST on October 9 to 23:59 JST on October 31. In UTC terms, the window closes at 14:59 UTC on October 31.
- To convert PDT to JST: add 16 hours.
- To convert PDT to UTC: add 7 hours.
- After November 1, 2026: the United States moves to standard time (PST, UTC−8), so future announcements will use a 17-hour difference to JST.
Digital items: voice packs and wallpapers
Secret Favor Voice is a good example of how digital voice packs are structured. A key visual set featuring Todo Kohaku and Hakase Fuyuki costs 2,400 yen and includes both Livers’ voice packs, individual smartphone wallpapers and a combined PC wallpaper, but not the extra “EX” voices. Each Liver’s voice pack costs 1,200 yen, and each EX voice costs 600 yen. The announcement notes that there will be no sale of a complete set.
Dozens of Livers from NIJISANJI and NIJISANJI EN are credited in the release. For NIJISANJI EN voices, the announcement states that they are in English unless noted otherwise, and for a few Livers both English and Japanese versions are offered. Check the item name on the store page, because the version is often part of the title.
Physical goods: lineup, limits and shipping
The NØVA – Cosmic Stage line shows what a typical physical release looks like. Prices include tax: a random snapshot card (eight designs) is 350 yen, an acrylic keychain 1,400 yen, an acrylic stand 1,900 yen, an artboard 2,000 yen, a bag charm 2,800 yen, a plush mascot 2,800 yen, a pouch 3,000 yen and a tote bag 4,800 yen. Each customer may buy up to 40 random cards and up to five of each other item. Shipping was scheduled to begin in early October, about a week after sale opened.
- Actual products may differ from the images.
- Shipping dates may change depending on availability.
- If you order several items at once, they ship together once everything is ready.
- ANYCOLOR says it cannot respond to shipping inquiries.
- Products may be sold again in the future without notice.

Made-to-order items and birthday goods
Birthday merchandise follows a different pattern. For Inami Rai’s 2025 birthday, the Japanese store accepted orders from October 23, 2025 at 18:00 to October 29, 2025 at 23:59, and the page notes that the physical goods were made to order and might arrive later than other items. A single birthday voice with a bonus wallpaper cost 1,000 yen, while a full celebration set cost 10,000 yen. The voice file was delivered as an mp3 in a zip archive. Because these sales run for only about a week, set a reminder before the window opens.
FAQ
Which store should I use outside Japan? Use the link the announcement labels for overseas buyers. For the 2026 releases above, that was nijisanji-store.com.
Can I buy the same item again if I miss the sale? The announcements say items may be sold again in the future without prior notice, but they do not promise it.
Do I get a refund or exchange for random items? The announcements we reviewed do not say. Random items cannot be chosen, and random prizes at NIJISANJI’s booth cannot be transferred or resold.
